More Classes

A few weeks ago I taught a beginner crochet class at The Artisan Hatchery. We used Bernat Maker yarn which is smooth to crochet with and doesn't split, is easy to see your stitches, and is easy to unravel. Our project was a wristlet keychain, but for my next class in April we will make a "mug rug" coaster instead because I think it will be easier to complete during our time in class.

I also taught another knitting class last night, and it went great. I learn a lot from each class I teach and then work to make improvements for the next one. Folks were off and knitting within the first ten minutes and made lots of progress on their headbands.

One lady went home and finished hers that evening!
